Pineapple Rasam Recipe
Indian Cooking Recipe: Pineapple Rasam
The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Pineapple Rasam
Ingredients:
1. Tomatoes 2
2. Salt to taste
3. Green chillies/serano peppers 2
4. Dry mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
5. Asafeotida 1/2 tsp
6. Ghee 1/4 tsp
7. Rasam powder (optional) 1 tsp
8. Lime juice/extract 1/2 a lemon
9. Toor dal 1 tbsp
10. Pineapple


Method of Preparation:
After the lime rasam is prepared, add pineapple cut into small pieces. Let it soak in the rasam for 1/2 an hour atleast before serving. This will give it time to absorb the rasam taste and inturn give the rasam a special aroma and flavor.
