The following are the instructions on how to cook delicious Indian food: Simple Vegetable Dosa
Ingredients:
1. Dosa batter
2. Vegetables: Peas,carrots,beans,tomato 3. Green chilles 5-7
4. Coriander leaves
5. Salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
Cut all vegetables into very small cubes. Half boil these vegetables in a vessel (boiling these vegetables helps for easy digestion). Then add these vegetables into the dosa batter. Then add green chillies and coriander leaves. Add salt to taste. Heat dosa tava. Add little oil into the tava. Then make dosa like the regular one. Heat two sides of the dosa serve with tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
