Indian Cooking Recipe: Thair Sadam

Ingredients:
1. Rice 2 cups
2. Milk 1.5 cups
3. Yougurt 3-4 cups
4. Mustard 1/2 tsp
5. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
6. Ginger a small piece, washed and finely chopped
7. Green chillies 2-4, finely chopped
8. Cilantro, finely chopped
9. Hing a small pinch
10. Butter 2 tsps
11. White grapes 1/2 cup
12. Salt
Method of Preparation:
Wash and cook rice in 3 cups of water and 1.5 cups of milk and keep it aside. Fry mustard, urad dal, and hing in little oil and add it to the above. Add the chopped ginger, green chillies, cilantro, butter, grapes,
And yogurt and mix it well.
